This Privacy Policy explains how Liberty Street Games (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information in connection with our Euchre University applications (the “App”).

The short version

The App is a single-player card game. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not collect your name or email, and we do not build a profile of you. The App is supported by advertising, and advertising services may process limited device information to deliver and measure those ads, as described below.

Information the App itself collects

• No account or personal identifiers. The App has no sign-in and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or payment information.
• Local game settings. Your in-game preferences and game state are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or collect these.

Advertising

The App displays advertising provided by third-party advertising services on the platform or device where you use the App. To deliver, limit the repetition of, and measure ads, those services and their partners may process information such as:

• your device’s advertising identifier;
• IP address and approximate region;
• device type, model, and operating-system version;
• ad interaction events (for example, whether an ad started or completed).

This information is collected and used by those advertising services under their own policies. We do not receive or store this device data ourselves, beyond aggregate, non-identifying performance reports made available to us.

Google AdMob (mobile apps)

On Android, advertising is provided by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may process the device information described above to serve, limit the repetition of, and measure ads. Where required by law (for example in the EU or UK), you will be shown a consent prompt before personalized ads are served, and you may decline or change your choice. How information is used

• To operate the App and remember your local settings on your device.
• To deliver, limit the repetition of, and measure advertising.
• To understand aggregate, non-identifying App performance.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Advertising-related data is handled by the third-party advertising services described above. We may share aggregate, non-identifying information with service providers who help us understand App performance.

Your choices

Most devices let you limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier through the device’s privacy or advertising settings. Please refer to your device’s settings and your platform provider’s controls for the options available to you. In regions where consent is required, the consent prompt shown in the App lets you accept or decline personalized advertising, and you may change or withdraw that consent at any time using the Manage Ad Consent button in the App’s Privacy Policy screen.

Children’s privacy

The App is a general-audience card game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.

Regional rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Because the App does not collect personal information directly, most advertising-related requests should be directed to the advertising services or platform provider. Data retention

Local game settings remain on your device until you clear them or remove the App. We do not retain personal information about you on our own systems.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address, and the “Effective date” above reflects the latest revision.
